City Chapels International is the International Repatriation Division of City Chapels Funeral Services. Our purpose is simple: help families coordinate a loved one’s return with clear responsibility, respectful care and consistent communication.
You may choose City Chapels for funeral arrangements in the Philippines, or another receiving funeral home. Repatriation assistance does not require purchasing a City Chapels funeral package.

How long does repatriation take?+
Timing depends on local release, document processing, consular requirements and airline availability. Your coordinator will explain the current estimate and update you when arrangements are confirmed.
What documents will we need?+
The checklist is verified for each case. Requirements can vary by state, citizenship, consular jurisdiction, circumstances of death, type of remains, funeral provider and airline.
Can you help if we already have a US funeral home?+
Yes. We can assess coordination with your selected provider and explain the responsibilities of each party.
Can we choose our own funeral home in the Philippines?+
Yes. Receiving capability and transfer arrangements will be confirmed with your chosen funeral home.
Can you assist with cremated remains?+
We can assess this route too. The documentation, container, screening and airline requirements differ from those for human remains.
